These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji logo platform and all related services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who is registered or in the process of registering on this platform. "baji logo", "we", or "platform" refers to this website and all services operated under it.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all accounts being closed.
• You must operate the account in your own identity and for your own benefit.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is not permitted.

1.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details — must be complete, true, and accurate. baji logo reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or misleading information is provided. It is your responsibility to update your profile promptly if your information changes.

2.1 Protecting Your Login Details

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised or not.

If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. baji logo never asks any user for their password by email or phone — if you receive such a request, reject it immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

baji logo currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposit amounts and method availability may change — check the payment section of the platform for the latest information.

• Deposited funds apply only to the account from which they were sent.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds cannot be used until the amount has been verified.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals are normally made via the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On a first deposit, baji logo offers a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000. Certain conditions apply to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a balance of ৳2,200; to make the bonus withdrawable, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

A bonus can never be treated as direct cash — it is solely a benefit that increases playing opportunity.

4.2 Terms for Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer has its own terms and conditions. baji logo applies specified wagering requirements and validity periods to weekly deposit rewards, slot festival bonuses, Friday reload offers, and other promotions. A bonus earned from one promotion cannot be combined with another unless explicitly stated. baji logo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

• The claim deadline for a bonus is stated separately for each offer.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through unusual betting patterns may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Fair Use Policy

All members of baji logo must play honestly and fairly. Any attempt to influence outcomes through cheating, use of software bots, deliberate disconnection, or any other dishonest method will result in immediate account closure, and related winnings may be forfeited.

• Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions is prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform in live casino or sports betting is prohibited.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds or amounts displayed due to a technical error are not confirmed.

5.2 Technical Issues and Voided Bets

If a bet or game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, server error, or any other technical reason, baji logo will review that transaction. In such cases, the platform's decision is final. In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet is generally also cancelled and the staked amount is returned.

6.1 Setting Your Own Limits

baji logo believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a means of financial solution. We encourage members to set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits. baji logo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Registration using incorrect or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Where required to comply with a court order or legal directive.

8.2 User's Right to Close an Account

You may close your account at any time. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before closing the account — if bonus conditions have not been met, bonus-related funds may not be withdrawable.

9.1 Nature of the Service

baji logo services are provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee is given regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the outcome of any specific game, or uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable during technical maintenance.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the terms of each specific promotion together form the entire agreement between you and baji logo. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

11.2 Intellectual Property

The logo, design, software, content, and other elements of the baji logo platform are protected under intellectual property law. Reproducing, distributing, or using these elements for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission is prohibited.

11.3 Mobile Application Use

baji logo's Android and iOS applications are available through official channels. These same Terms apply to use of the app. Using any modified or unauthorised version of the app is prohibited and may result in account closure.
